PARKING:

Suites on South Beach does not have its own parking area, there is a parking garage managed by the City of Miami Beach right across the street from the hotel which charges $20.00 for 24 hours of parking. 

OCCUPANCY:

There is a limit of 4 people (maximum) per room regardless of the category of room. Rooms with just 1 King bed are limited to 2 people.

RESERVATIONS PAYMENT:

The hotel requires the pre-payment of the first night’s room and tax upon booking in order to guarantee the reservation. Payment is 100% refundable if the reservation is cancelled within our cancellation policy (3 days or before your arrival date)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We extend a 72 Hour Cancellation Policy. Guests may cancel a reservation 3 days or more prior to their arrival date and receive a full refund of their reservation deposit. Please note that special events require a 30 Day cancellation policy.

EARLY CHECK-IN:

The hotel does not provide early check-in, our regular check-in time is 4 PM, if your room is ready upon arrival you may be checked in early free of charge (dependent on availability)

LATE CHECK-OUT:

Late check-outs are not provided, our check-out time is 11 AM

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.

SMOKING:

The Suites on South Beach does not have any smoking rooms – all of our rooms are considered non-smoking rooms. Please be aware that anyone who smokes in our rooms is doing so against our policy and will be subjected to a $250.00 smoking fee.

PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. We do not accept personal checks or pre-paid credit cards as payment. A valid credit/debit card will be needed upon arrival to check-in all guests into the hotel.

DEPOSITS:

Upon Check-in all guests are required to place a security deposit on their room via a credit/debit card, this deposit covers room damages (if any). When providing a credit card an authorization will be placed on the card for $100.00, for reservations 3 nights or longer this amount could be larger. Debit Card authorizations appear as a “pending charge” on the card. Once a guest has checked out authorizations typically take 5 to 7 business days to be removed. We do not control the amount of time it takes for a hold to be removed, this is determined by the issuing bank. Cash will not be accepted to cover the security deposit.

GROUPS:

LOST & FOUND:

The hotel provides in-room safes for every room. We encourage all guests to keep any money or valuables in their safe. The hotel will not be held liable for any missing items in your room. Any items left behind after a guest has checked-out may be considered disposable, and can be thrown out. Should the hotel deem an item “valuable” and enter it into our “Lost and Found” log, items will be held for a maximum of 30 days to give guests the opportunity to retrieve them. Any item that has been in Lost and Found for over 30 days will be disposed of. Guests are responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with the retrieval of their items regardless of the items size.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:

Housekeeping services are limited and will only be provided “upon request”. Housekeeping hours are daily between 9 AM to 4 PM.

TAX EXEMPTION:

Any guest that has a Tax-Exemption status will be required to provide all the proper documentation at least 48 hours prior to their arrival.

WI-FI INTERNET:

The Suites on South Beach provides free Wi-Fi internet access in all of our rooms as well as in the hotel common/public areas. This service is free. For whatever reason should the hotel Wi-Fi network be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances a credit to your room will not be applied.

EXTRA-PERSON FEE:

All room rates are based on double occupancy (2 people). Should a guest book a room for 2 people and arrive at the hotel with an extra person, an additional $20.00 will be added to the daily room rate for each extra person that will be occupying the room. Every room has a 4 person maximum and certain rooms have a limit of 2 people.

PET POLICY:

The Suites on South Beach is NOT a pet-friendly establishment, we do not allow any type of pets on property.

RESORT FEE:

Every reservation will be charged a $20.00 plus tax per night resort fee that is collected upon check-in to the hotel. Certain reservations via 3rd party providers may include this fee into their total.
